  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We accept only prepaid orders through our secure payment gateway.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Requests made after this 5-day period will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process for Damaged Items:

  • Once approved, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected via our shipping partner.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included inserts or accessories.

Inspection & Refund:

  • After the returned item reaches us, our team will inspect it to verify the reported damage.

  • If confirmed as faulty, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • If the item does not meet our damage criteria, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

Processing Time:

  • Once the damaged products reach our facility, you will be notified of them being under inspection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
